Welcome to our Research Group

Our research aims at two different important emerging areas: Electrochemical techniques, and high voltage non-thermal plasma (NTP) discharge (Advanced Oxidation Technology). It includes fundamental research in the area of electrochemical, and NTP techniques. Key topics are:

  • Design, and develop of sustainable electrochemical, and high voltage non thermal plasma (NTP) reactors: Scale up to pilot scale reactors
  • Develop of low-cost electrode materials with higher performance efficiency
  • Energy recovery from waste/wastewater
  • Toxicity analysis
  • Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Circular Economy (CE)
